Dj Paul Oja was born in 1979 in Tallinn. His first encounters with hiphop music date back to 1990, when he first heard “Jazz Thing” by Gang Starr and Public Enemy’s “Who Stole the Soul”. He started spinning records in 1996. At the same time he started producing music for his next-door neighbour G-Enka. Those experiments lead to the formation of the hiphop project Toe Tag. Additionally, Paul has been involved in projects such as Ritmos Liquidos and KNOP - the collaboration between Toe Tag and Me, Myself and I.
